FAO Internship Programme 2025 for the Near East and North Africa Region
FAO, a specialized agency of the United Nations, works in more than 130 countries with the goal of eradicating hunger and ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food. The internship programme is designed to attract talented and motivated young people who want to contribute to this global mission. Interns will bring innovative ideas and new perspectives while gaining practical experience aligned with FAO’s strategic goals.
Programme Overview
The FAO Internship Programme offers placements lasting between three to eleven months in various locations across the Near East and North Africa region. Interns will work under the supervision of FAO experts and contribute to projects that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and FAO’s Strategic Framework — promoting efficient, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable agri-food systems for better production, better nutrition, a better environment, and a better life for all.
