UNICEF is devoted to advancing the rights and well-being of every child around the world. In 2025, the Donor Engagement and Operational Support Consultant will be instrumental in strengthening our partnerships with donors and enhancing operational effectiveness to drive impactful programs.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for donor engagement, ensuring alignment with UNICEF’s mission and goals. Your expertise will be vital in facilitating communication, managing donor relations, and supporting the operational needs of various initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Communication, Journalism, Marketing, other related disciplines
Work experience/Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
- A minimum of five years of relevant professional work experience in partnerships, fundraising, marketing, technical support, financial and administrative management.
- Good understanding of donor landscape, partnerships building and communication.
- Prior experience and hands on knowledge of managing fundraising projects.
- Solid understanding of fundraising mechanisms
- Prior experience in designing, management, organization, monitoring and evaluation of activities related to networking and partnerships.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced computers and MS Office knowledge and skills is required. Experience in work with large data volumes and spreadsheets.
- Experience of working in the UN system is an asset.
